Inputs consumer visit information to the Consumer Management System on a timely basis and review data regularly
Inputs and reviews the following clinical information on a timely basis to include, referrals, admissions, readmissions and reinstatements, service plans, verbal orders, re-certifications, discharge and consumers not admitted.
Maintains confidentiality of consumer information
Performs other duties as directed.
