Job Description The Orlando Health Advanced Rehabilitation Institute is seeking an experienced and visionary physician leader who can continue to develop our established program. This role offers a unique opportunity to build upon an already strong and growing rehabilitation program. Working closely with executive leadership, this position will identify and execute opportunities for programmatic growth, positioning the institute as a regional destination for rehabilitation services. In addition, this role will have a clear focus on quality, outcomes, and patient experience. This is a unique opportunity to lead a motivated team of physicians and work with a dedicated team of nurses and therapists at our flagship inpatient rehabilitation facility in the Orlando metro area. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic and clinical leadership Expand and enhance specialty rehabilitation programs Drive quality initiatives ensuring best-in-class outcomes for patient safety metrics Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Maintain an inpatient rehabilitation clinical practice Practice Highlights: Thriving physician-led, professionally managed healthcare system (inpatient and outpatient). Internal Medicine primary attending coverage Excellent brand recognition, with new patients seeking out Orlando Health critical and cardiology specialties for their care.
