Prismier is seeking an Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to keep our Bolingbrook office welcoming and organized. You’ll answer phones, greet visitors, manage mail, coordinate meetings, and support multiple teams with CRM updates. Two or more years in administrative or office-support roles, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.
