Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Irving, TX

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a school in the Irving area for the 20262027 school year. This full-time, school-based role offers a consistent schedule, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication development.

As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to help deliver therapy services to students. You'll play an important role in supporting communication skills such as articulation, language development, and social communication.

MondayFriday school schedule. No evenings or weekends. School holidays and breaks off. Supportive, team-oriented setting.

Assist in implementing speech-language therapy plans under SLP supervision. Work with students on articulation, language, and communication goals. Prepare therapy materials and track student progress. Collaborate with teachers and school staff. Maintain documentation in accordance with school guidelines.

Active Texas SLPA license (or ability to obtain). Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field. School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
