This role involves shaping the class experience, developing instructors, and delivering an engaging schedule for all members. The successful candidate will lead recruitment, optimize class performance, and champion a culture that provides the Ultimate Fitness Experience. You will work with a team to track attendance, prepare for classes, and ensure member satisfaction while teaching and covering classes as needed.
