- Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
- Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician
- No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
- Paid holidays and paid time off
- Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
- Communicate with the support team with questions
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity
Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels Almost Everything! Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill.
