Job DescriptionPhysical Location of role is Camp Hill, PA
Join our law firm as our new Office Receptionist. The Receptionist performs general administrative duties and also handles and redirects all incoming calls.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
- Answers phone inquiries and redirects them as appropriate
- Greets clients in a professional and pleasant manor
- Has a positive work ethic and can be counted on to timely complete all assigned tasks
- Perform clerical support tasks
- Assists with scheduling attorney meetings
- Receives and distributes mail.
