Are you looking for a rewarding career opportunity with a dynamic organization that values its employees and offers excellent benefits? Ōnin Staffing is seeking a professional and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our client's team.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced banking environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Additional Requirement: Availability to work some Saturdays

What You'll Do

Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service to customers.
Address customer questions, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain knowledge of current banking products and services and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
Open and maintain customer accounts.
Accurately maintain and balance a cash drawer.
Assist customers with account balances, loan payoffs, and new account openings.
Review and understand basic credit report information.
Process loan applications accurately and efficiently.
Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and financial information.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable banking regulations.
Provide a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Skills and Experience

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of bank teller experience .
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience .
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong basic math and cash-handling skills.
Basic understanding of credit reports.
Working knowledge of applicable federal banking laws and regulations.
Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new applications and software.
Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
