Bilingual Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Description Clayton Services, a leading staffing and recruiting firm, is searching for a Bilingual Accounts Payable Clerk to join a thriving company in the North Houston area. The Bilingual Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for assisting the accounting department. Responsibilities Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals and prepares messages Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically Data entry into QuickBooks Performs other related duties as assigned Skills and Abilities Bilingual in English and Spanish, required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Excel Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of accounting experience, preferred Temp-to-hire opportunity paying $16.00 - $20.00 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
