Cooper People Group (CPG) is hiring a full-time HR Assistant to support our HR consulting team on client engagements in Grand Rapids, MI. The role is 32–35 hours per week and focuses on research, data compilation, documentation, and ensuring accurate execution of client work. You will onboard new engagements, assist with scheduling, maintain HR resources, manage client surveys, and collaborate with admin to streamline processes.
