Location 4150 Kalamazoo Ave Se,Grand Rapids, MI, 49508,United States Job Category *Care Resources , Transportation , Other Transportation Driver – Care Resources Full Time Schedule: 4 days per week (no holidays or weekends) Shift: Days | Mondays & Thursdays - 7:00am-5:30pm - Grand Rapids | Wednesdays & Fridays - 7:00am-5:30pm - Lowell Care Resources is seeking a dedicated and safety-focused Transportation Driver to join our team and support our Grand Rapids and Lowell locations! In this role, you’ll provide reliable and courteous transportation for our participants using Care Resources vehicles, following assigned routes and appointment schedules. Occasional delivery services may also be required. Job Responsibilities: Safely transport participants to and from the center, appointments, and outings Assist participants with boarding, exiting, and mobility devices Follow all safety protocols and transportation regulations Perform daily vehicle checks and report maintenance needs Keep vehicles clean and fueled per schedule Deliver items such as meals, medications, and supplies Support participants during center activities and meals Document routes, incidents, and participant updates accurately Communicate changes in participant condition to appropriate staff Attend required trainings and team meetings Maintain participant confidentiality and uphold Care Resources’ values What You’ll Need: Minimum age: 18 years Clean driving record with proven safety history At least 1 year of professional driving experience Ability to pass a background check and physical exam Compensation: Wage based on experience Annual wage increases Why Join Care Resources?
