Dispute Analyst

Responsible for analyzing and processing Mastercard and Visa disputes, the full-time remote Dispute Analyst will manage chargebacks, ensure accurate documentation, and adhere to compliance guidelines while supporting customer satisfaction and mitigating financial risk. Key responsibilities Process chargebacks/disputes accurately and within required timeframes Ensure proper tracking, handling, and documentation of dispute records Collaborate with Account and Client Relationship Managers to enhance customer satisfaction Required qualifications College degree and/or 2-4 years of experience in the financial/payment services industry Familiarity with general accounting principles and practices Previous chargeback and dispute process management experience with Mastercard and Visa Intermediate or high proficiency with web-based applications and Microsoft applications Demonstrated project management capabilities and experience in process improvement initiatives
