Client Services Account Director, Shopper Marketing

Act as a strategic partner to new and existing clients by identifying growth opportunities and demonstrating Mosaic's capabilities Build and strengthen relationships across client marketing, sales, and corporate teams Lead discovery efforts and market research initiatives to uncover client needs and develop recommendations Define project goals, scope, expectations, timelines, budgets, and associated costs with clients Ensure programs and promotional initiatives comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements Contribute strategic thinking and creative ideas during brainstorming sessions Establish project plans, define responsibilities, and maintain project status updates Oversee development, design, and production of promotional materials Monitor campaign execution from start to finish Manage and coordinate external partners and vendors, including creative agencies, printers, sampling companies, and promotional suppliers Lead project recap discussions and communicate campaign results, learnings, and recommendations Recommend and execute media, retail, and shopper marketing strategies to maximize engagement and drive business performance Requirements Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field Eight years agency experience in Shopper Marketing / retail and/ or consumer packaged goods preferred Proven experience in client service, business development and overall program management experience (concept, implementation, and execution with excellence) Experience with Target, Albertsons, or Costco is a plus Self-motivated; self starter; strong leadership and management ability Strong presentation skills, speaking ability and interpersonal skills Thorough understanding of shopper strategy, creative development, activation planning, brand management, vendor management, post promotional analysis, and financial ramifications Understanding of broker, manufacturer, retailer, and marketing agency roles and functions Ability to prioritize multiple demands and influence associates for results Proven analytical ability with strong attention to detail Proficiency with computers and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft suite products, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, scanning, Photo Shop, etc. Experience working with Salesforce preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Shopper Marketing, Client Service, and Program Management, with a strong focus on strategic planning, campaign execution, and compliance.
