This is a compelling opportunity to join a high-quality practice handling a broad mix of intellectual property and commercial litigation matters, with a particular focus on disputes in the entertainment and media sectors. The firm has developed a strong and consistent workflow and is seeking an additional senior lawyer to support its continued growth. Responsibilities Work closely with the founding partners on a range of complex and high-value disputes. Benefit from the autonomy to build and develop your own practice over time. Operate within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment with mentorship and partner support. Qualificatons 5+ years’ experience in commercial and/or IP litigation Experience gained within a boutique, mid-sized, or relevant large law firm environment Strong drafting, advocacy, and client management skills Exposure to copyright, trademark, or broader commercial disputes Interest in business development and building a practice Admitted to practice in New York Compensation Base salary in the region of $160,000–$180,000, with additional upside linked to performance and business generation.
