Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Department Head of Nursing (DON) to join our dedicated team at Ardmore Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. Responsibilities:

• Lead by example , setting the standard for nursing excellence and guiding the nursing team to achieve exceptional outcomes

• Develop and implements nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care that align with company goals and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that prioritize patient needs and satisfaction

• Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and teamwork among all nursing staff

• Monitor and improve clinical outcomes, quality metrics, and patient satisfaction scores

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Current RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a DON or Assistant DON

• Proven leadership and management skills, with a passion for mentoring and coaching nursing staff

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
