Information Security Analyst - (Vulnerability Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Review vulnerability data from multiple sources, including internal and external vulnerability scans and penetration testing activities.
• Analyze, normalize, and manage vulnerability data across infrastructure and application environments.
• Create, triage, route, and track vulnerability remediation tickets through completion.
• Coordinate with remediation teams to ensure vulnerabilities are assigned to the appropriate owners.
• Support vulnerability management tools, dashboards, reports, and ticketing processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting reporting issues and identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Support compliance metrics, automation initiatives, and vulnerability remediation workflows.
• Analyze remediation effectiveness and validate post-remediation results.
• Partner with security, engineering, and technology teams to optimize vulnerability management processes.

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of Information Security experience focused on vulnerability data and remediation support.
• Experience working with vulnerability management programs and vulnerability data analysis.
• Strong ServiceNow ticketing, triage, and workflow management experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet analysis skills.
• Experience managing ticket lifecycles and routing work between multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize, track, and prioritize multiple remediation activities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow SecOps.
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanners such as Qualys or similar platforms.
• Understanding of vulnerability management practices and Information Security operations.
• Experience supporting dashboards, reporting, and remediation metrics.
• Exposure to Jira or other work management platforms.
