Plant Health Care (PHC) Technician Location: Jessup, MD Pay: $18–$24/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday + Overtime OpportunitiesSeasonal: Spring through Fall Help Trees Thrive. We're looking for someone ready to step in, learn quickly, and become a key player in a high-demand, high-growth part of our business. What You'll Be Doing Applying tree and plant health treatments (fertilization, pest/disease control, soil care) Working outdoors daily (yes, in the real world-not behind a desk) Operating equipment and maintaining a clean, organized work setup Communicating with team members to keep jobs running smoothly Learning the science behind tree care (we'll train you) Why This Role is Different Fast growth = real opportunity (we're expanding quickly, and this role matters) Hands-on training provided – no experience?
