Healthcare RecruiterFocus Staff, a leading healthcare staffing agency, is seeking a talented Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Dallas, TX, or work remotely. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients across the country. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers and account managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent.Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.Prospect for and identify talented clinicians specializing in high-demand fields, adept at fulfilling specific key client orders with precision and efficiency.Screen resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.Coordinate interviews with Account Managers/Clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Prepare clinicians for possibility of Auto-Offer process.Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate the offer process, addressing any candidate concerns or questions.Provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process, serving as a primary point of contact and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in healthcare recruitment.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract passive candidates.Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences to promote Focus Staff and build relationships with potential candidates.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).2-3+ years of proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a staffing agency environment.Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, terminology, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and clients.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, and other recruitment tools.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.What We Offer (Compensation and Benefits)Competitive salary and commission/bonus structurePaid Time OffGenerous Parental Leave and Family Medical Leave401k matching (after 90 days)Medical, Dental and Life InsuranceCompany-sponsored EventsHappy Hours and Team EventsPaid company holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Day After, Christmas Eve & DayJoin Focus Staff and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to making a difference in healthcare staffing.
