In this leadership role, you will oversee regulatory filings, financial statement reporting, fund expense management, Board reporting, and compliance activities to ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, service providers, and regulatory agencies, you will coordinate key fund activities, foster strong client relationships, and drive exceptional service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing talent, managing complex fund operations, and making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced investment management environment.Job Description:Leads a team of compliance administrators, who monitor compliance programs, complete all SEC regulatory and financial statement filings, manage all fund expenses, provide reporting to funds' Board of Directors and ensure all activities meet the requirements of state and federal legal and regulatory agencies.Serves as the primary contact for correspondence with clients and regulatory agencies, responding to their requests.Responsible for primary contact with fund clients including coordination of activities and communication of fund operations and service providers.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related fieldCPA certified or candidateEight or more years of experience in Mutual Fund Administration or related field, i.e., public accountingPreferred Skills/Experience:Thorough knowledge of operational issues involving Mutual FundsAdvanced knowledge and understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect the mutual fund industry and their clientsAbility to successfully coordinate and follow through on short/long-term projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThorough knowledge of PC applicationsProven relationship building skillsThis role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per weekIf there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
