Human Resources Director *** Remote

Xecutive Recruitment Inc.

Multi Billion Dollar International company is looking for a Director of Human Resources to oversee two manufacturing facilities (Wisconsin & Oklahoma)

Assist in the development and implementation of HR operational strategies in the plants.
Work with all plant managers to support change management
Help define HR needs for your business units, propose priority actions, and ensure their implementation.
Lead talent development and succession planning strategies.
Experience leading human resources teams in various HR aspects (compensation and benefits, health management, talent management, change management, etc.)

Required
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. 10+ years working in Human Resources in a Manufacturing Environment
3. 3+ union experience
4. Remote position but must be open to 50% travel to Wisconsin and Oklahoma
