Lead the Way as a Team Leader at Bounce! Sports & Entertainment

Sports & Entertainment in Poughkeepsie, NY, is looking for a motivated and energetic Team Leader to join our dynamic crew. As a Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our guests have an unforgettable time. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and motivating team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Assisting with setup, breakdown, and maintenance of equipment (must be able to lift 50+ lbs).
• Providing guidance and support to team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
• Standing for extended periods while actively engaging with staff and guests.
• Using your Spanish-speaking skills (a bonus!) to enhance communication with our diverse community.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects).
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a team-first attitude.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required.
