BMW Sales Consultant/Client Advisor

Location: 1190 Plum Valley Lane, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129
Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week (closed on Sunday)
Full Time Pay Range: $55,000 - $150,000 per year
Pay Type: Draw + Commissions, after 60-day paid training
A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required for operating vehicles as driving is part of job duties.

What You Will Do
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals
- Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology, features, and accessories
- Identify and understand the customer's needs, preferences, and budget, and assist them in their selection by providing vehicle options that meet their needs
- Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield
- Lead the sales finance process with each customer
- Partner with the Finance team on customer financing options based on their credit, budget, down payment, and trade-in values
- Use the Client Relationship Management system to manage customer relationships and interactions, schedule appointments, and respond to Internet leads
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in product or retail sales preferred
- Competitive drive
- A heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
- Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record with minimal accidents, points or moving violations
- Able to use/learn to use: CRM database, Google Suite and other automotive software products as required
