Assistant Manager - Coffee Kiosk
Mollie Stone's Markets is looking for an Experienced Assistant Manager to help run our Coffee Kiosk inside of our San Francisco- Pac Heights store. This individual must have a passion for coffee, previous management experience and be great with people.
Essential Functions
- Assist manager in supervising all Coffee employees.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with all team members as well as with the store and other departments.
- Provide consistent quality beverages that satisfy our customers.
- Assist staff in building their expertise in coffee, teas and other merchandise so they may accurately answer customer questions and offer personal recommendations.
- Demonstrate ownership of the kiosk by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and attractiveness of interior and exterior.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have previous coffee and supervisor/management experience.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Must demonstrate professionalism and be detailed oriented.
- Able to work a flexible shift depending on business needs which may include some evening, weekends and holidays.
- Local candidates only.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 25 lbs.
- Standing: Up to 8 hours per day.
- Seating: Up to 1 hours per day.
- Walking: Up to 8 hours per day.
- Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day.

Pay range: $20.25-22.25/hour DOE
