Senior Marketing Operations Manager | SaaS / AI / Developer Tools | Remote (Preferred: San Francisco) Intalex is partnered with a fast‑growing SaaS Developer‑tool startup that’s revolutionizing the way developers integrate AI into real‑world applications. They’re well‑funded, backed by top‑tier investors, and rapidly expanding their developer community. Following a recent Series A, they’re scaling marketing and go‑to‑market operations and now seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager/Marketing Chief Staff member to join their team. The Opportunity Drive strategic initiatives and oversee cross‑functional marketing projects. Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels. Support GTM operations and marketing execution in a high‑growth environment. Compensation Base Salary: $120K–$140K. OTE: $160K–$180K (bonuses + meaningful early‑stage equity). Location: Fully remote across the U.S.; preference for San Francisco for occasional office visits. Raised close to $20M. Who This Role Suits A marketing generalist or project manager with 2–5 years’ experience at a SaaS developer tools firm. Someone organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a scaling startup. A professional who enjoys turning big ideas into actionable marketing programs.
