Enjoying the best of both worlds!As the Director of Marketing Operations you will:Design, implement and monitor all marketing processes, including strategic planning, quarterly planning, campaigns execution and othersLead projects and priorities across the entire department based on clear marketing goals and business needsOwn and scale the marketing technology infrastructure, systems and tools, to enable the entire Marketing organization to better segment, target and engage with prospects and customersPartner with marketing, Go-To-Market, product and development leaders to design and create the most efficient and scalable processes and automations to accelerate execution throughout the entire customer lifecycleLead localization efforts across tens of languages and regions to ensure native customer experience across all assetsProvide reporting, dashboards and analyses to enable data driven decisions across the entire marketing organizationRequirements:At least 4 years of experience as a Director/VP of global marketing operations functionAt least 6 years of experience in the marketing operations fieldProject and program management skillsExperience with Marketing Cloud, Intercom, Salesforce, Wordpress is beneficialCreative and strong initiative.
