MACHINE REPAIR TECHNICIAN - 1st Shift

• Estimated hourly base pay: $28.85 (minimum) - $37.50 (midpoint) - $46.15 (maximum). Plus, overtime.

If you are an experienced Machine Repair Technician , we have an exciting opportunity for you. In this role, you will take responsibility for repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial machinery and CNC equipment . This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, sound decision-making, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Diagnose Complex Issues: Identifies and troubleshoots advanced mechanical and electrical problems in machinery using comprehensive technical knowledge.
• Perform Advanced Repairs: Executes intricate repair tasks on equipment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Mentor Junior Technicians: Provides guidance and support to less experienced team members, acting as an informal resource for troubleshooting and technical procedures.
• Develop Maintenance Procedures: Creates and refines maintenance protocols to enhance equipment reliability and improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with Teams: Coordinates with related departments to ensure seamless operation and effective resource allocation towards achieving team objectives.

• Adaptable Methodologies: Flexible in determining and applying appropriate approaches for new and atypical assignments.

Other Qualifications:

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with CNC equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control system issues on CNC machines.
• Familiarity with CNC machine components, including servos, drives, motors, controllers, and tooling systems.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation for CNC equipment.
• Understanding machine calibration, alignment, and performance verification procedures.
• Experience working with CNC equipment in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
