RecruiterThe recruiter will manage full life cycle recruiting for Global Vehicle Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering teams, specifically Hiring Manager intake calls, posting requisitions and reviewing/screening/vetting candidates and working with TA Coordinators to schedule all interviews, and the offer extension/negotiation. This role emphasizes independent, high-volume hiring manager partnership from intake through offer acceptance.Conduct hiring manager intake calls; post and manage reqs.Review resumes, source talent, and complete candidate phone screens.Own candidate communication and the interview/selection process.Partner with interview coordinators and use available AI-enabled interview tools.Facilitate offer discussions and negotiations.Maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting partners.Skills & QualificationsApproximately 3-5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.Experience independently managing reqs and partnering with hiring managers.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, changing environment.Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Strong organization, communication, initiative, and judgment.Staffing agency and high-volume recruiting experience.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Warren, MI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
