Fine Dining Banquet Bartender
Grasslands Club
Bartenders
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
Deliver a welcoming and engaging bar experience for guests
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
Follow all alcohol service laws and club policies
Assist with bar setup and breakdown for events
What You Bring
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
Strong communication and guest service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Willingness to learn and adhere to the Grasslands standard of service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bartending experience preferred (for bartender roles)
TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
Schedule Expectations This role requires availability on weekends and key holidays, including:
Memorial Day
4th of July
Labor Day (Holiday shifts will be rotated among team members.)
