Senior Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist

Senior Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist – The Boeing Company – Albuquerque, NM or ElSegundo, CA (Onsite) Responsibilities Serve as the schedule lead, working with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to develop, integrate, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) reporting to Program Management. Work closely with IPT Leads, IP&S team, and program leadership to ensure alignment of the IMS with other key program plans such as the Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Master Phasing Plan, Critical Path Analysis, High‑Level Flow (HLF) and detailed schedules below the IMS. Ensure schedule compliance, assess schedule risk, identify opportunities (including margin planning), and provide robust, actionable performance reporting from the IMS to support program management. Lead integration of supplier and partner plans and schedules into the IMS to maintain a unified rhythm and priorities. Generate quick‑turn prospective schedule performance analyses, recovery/alternate scenario planning, and enhance schedule visibility and visualization. Provide training, coaching, mentoring, and leadership to lower‑level employees. Act as subject‑matter expert in the development, implementation, and training of processes and tools. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher. 5+ years of experience in program or project management. 5+ years of experience using integrated scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) applying DFARS requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience modeling complex development programs that integrate activities across multiple platforms, suppliers, and customer resources. Experience with Microsoft Project Server. Experience using Open Plan Professional. Experience using Milestones Professional. Experience with Agile software such as JIRA. Experience managing and analyzing resource‑loaded schedules. Project Management Certification (PMP) or knowledge of PMBOK principles. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Security Clearance Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). A clearance active in the past 24 months is considered active.
