$55,000+ yearly

• Connect with clients to identify protection needs and present life and supplemental benefit solutions

• Build and manage a personal book of business across your assigned territory

• Collaborate with a high-performance team dedicated to professional and financial growth

• Participate in ongoing training, leadership development, and advancement opportunities

• Represent the standard in every client interaction — excellence is non-negotiable

• Track personal production metrics and work toward weekly and monthly performance goals

• Grow into leadership roles as the organization expands into new markets
