We are seeking a Marketing Director to own our two growth engines:
- Franchise development lead generation
- Athlete acquisition
- Own paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Optimize the entire marketing funnel from ad to booked appointment.
- Lead website, SEO, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
- Manage CRM, marketing automation, and reporting.
- Oversee nationwide Grand Opening marketing campaigns.
- Lead agencies, contractors, and internal creative resources.
- Build dashboards that measure marketing performance and ROI.
- Partner with leadership to drive quarterly growth initiatives.
- 7+ years of digital marketing leadership experience.
- Proven success managing six-figure monthly advertising budgets.
- Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, GA4, CRM platforms, and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Driven by accountability, execution, and measurable results.

- Reliable reporting and attribution.
