Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and monitor patient progress. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions while assessing and responding to changes in patient condition. Prioritize care and manage multiple patient needs in a fast-paced acute care environment. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and support positive patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge plans. Promote a safe environment while following evidence-based practices, hospital policies, and patient safety standards. What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing. Current valid North Carolina nursing license required. Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association required. 1 year of acute nursing experience, required. Why Choose Novant Health?
