Office & Operations Coordinator

Design Lab

We're a design dealer and showroom looking for a sharp, personable Office & Operations Coordinator to be the backbone of our day-to-day. This role sits at the intersection of client service, product coordination, and studio operations — you'll be the person who keeps projects moving, clients happy, and the showroom running beautifully. An eye for design and familiarity with the design or interiors industry is a real advantage here. Responsibilities Be the welcoming first point of contact for clients and trade professionals — by phone, email, and in the showroom Prepare and process product quotations accurately and promptly Coordinate product logistics including order tracking, lead times, vendor communication, and delivery coordination Maintain organized records for orders, quotes, client files, and correspondence Support designers and other staff with day-to-day administrative and project needs Help maintain an organized, professional showroom environment Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an office, operations, or client-facing administrative role Background or genuine interest in interior design, architecture, or a related design field is strongly preferred Polished communicator — comfortable with clients, vendors, and trade professionals Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable with spreadsheets, email, and general business software; experience with design industry tools (e.g. Studio Designer, Ivy, or similar) is a plus Self-motivated and proactive — someone who sees what needs doing and does it #J-18808-Ljbffr Design Lab
