Recovery & Resource Advocate (Case Manager)

Abraxas Youth & Family Services seeks a Case Manager to assess participant needs, coordinate individualized service plans, and advocate for access to behavioral health, housing, employment, and healthcare resources. You will work with participants, families, providers, and community partners to support recovery and community integration.
