Compensation:

• Saturday & Sunday weekend premium pay $2.50/hr
• Base pay up to $15.00/hr with Stocking Crew starting up to $15.25/hr

Job Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting our Neighbors, answering their questions and providing the best solution to fit their needs
• Support company initiatives that improve the shopping experience & strengthen our communities
• Keep our stores clean and organized with accurate signage and easy to shop shelves
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for our Neighbors and Blain's family!

Qualifications:

• Great communication skills
• Prior Retail experience a plus
• Able to work evenings & weekends as necessary
