Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized and accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Active Texas medical license required (or eligibility for one).
• BLS and ACLS certifications are desired.
