Key Qualifications:

• Valid ESE Endorsement (required)
• Demonstrated experience working with elementary students in special education settings
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, especially when interacting with families, general education staff, and support personnel
• Positive, proactive, and student-centered approach

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a 4th-5th grade caseload, guiding individualized education program (IEP) implementation
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure compliance with all ESE guidelines
• Regularly consult and support classroom teachers in adapting lessons to meet IEP mandates
• Maintain accurate and detailed records for all students within the caseload
• Lead or participate in meetings, contributing expertise as both a teacher and coordinator
• Foster an inclusive and empowering classroom environment that supports diverse learners
