Turf & Ornamental Division Manager

Goodin Ground Maintenance is seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven Turf & Ornamental Division Manager to lead our turf and plant health care operations. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional service to residential and commercial clients. Operations Management Lead and manage daily turf and plant health care operations Schedule and coordinate routes and service crews Monitor labor efficiency, productivity, and job quality Ensure crews operate safely and professionally at all times Conduct field visits and quality inspections Assist with planning seasonal operations and staffing needs Manage equipment, spreaders, sprayers, and inventory levels Coordinate maintenance and repairs for turf equipment Team Leadership Hire, train, develop, and manage team members Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive company culture Train employees on application techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations Support employee growth and career development opportunities Qualifications Experience in turf management, lawn care, or landscape management Proven leadership and people management skills Strong knowledge of turf and ornamental practices Excellent organization, communication, and problem‑solving abilities Valid driver’s license #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodin Ground Maintenance
