A local bank in Mount Pleasant is confidentially seeking a Branch Manager to lead its office and grow relationships throughout Henry County and southeast Iowa. The role blends team leadership, consumer and small business lending, and day-to-day branch operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of branch staff
- Grow deposits and loans through outreach and referrals
- Handle consumer and small business loan requests from start to finish
- Oversee branch operations, security, and compliance
- Take an active role in local civic groups and events
- Set goals for the team and track progress each month
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of banking experience
- Supervisory or consumer lending experience
- Strong customer service and relationship skills
- Working knowledge of branch compliance and operations
- Dependable leader who sets a positive example
