Seeking an experienced and visionary Nurse Manager - Labor & Delivery to lead Women's and Children's Services within a growing healthcare organization. • Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000 per year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for Labor & Delivery and Women's Services
• Foster a culture of patient safety, quality, and clinical excellence
• Support and develop nursing staff through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Drive patient experience and physician satisfaction initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards
• Monitor departmental performance metrics and implement quality improvement strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
• Support strategic growth initiatives within Women's Services
• Participate in planning and development efforts for future service expansion
• Promote evidence-based practice and continuous clinical improvement

REQUIREMENTS Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current BLS Certification
• Current ACLS Certification
• Current NRP Certification
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher
• Previous Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage clinical operations in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Previous Women's Services leadership experience
• Experience with quality improvement and operational initiatives
• Strong physician relationship-building skills
