Salary & Job Details Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 Job Title: Associate Attorney Job #: 5815 Location: Albany, NY Category: Legal & Compliance Position Type: Full-time, Direct-Hire Description Our client is currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team to assist in Worker’s Compensation Defense. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits. Responsibilities Draft, Review, and File Summons & Complaints, Dispositive Motions, and other relevant responsive pleadings. The position may require travel to local state courts to appear at settlement conferences, status conferences, and other dispositive motions/hearings. Worker’s Compensation Defense experience or willingness to learn. Qualifications A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school is required. Applicants must be admitted to the New York State Bar. Excellent written, oral communication, and research skills. Experience appearing at settlement conferences, status conferences, and other dispositive motions/hearings. Hours & Benefits
