Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Assistant to join the team at our thriving clinic. As an Assistant, you will assist the doctor with patient care and ensure the office runs smoothly. Responsibilities include rooming patients as they arrive, taking their VAS scores and uploading documents into the EHR. Occasionally, you may assist with clinical work such as diagnostic assessments. If you are organized, friendly, and dedicated to providing a high level of customer care, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of the back office rooms

Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information

Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and inventory

Administer screening assessments as requested

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED required

Previous administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting

Proficient in the use of an EHR

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
