The ideal candidate has a background in software or systems engineering and has pivoted to product or offensive security. They will be able to conduct complex security architecture reviews, understand modern threats and exploits against both hardware and software, and are capable of working hand in hand with engineering teams to build resiliency into Anduril products.ABOUT THE JOBWHAT YOU’LL DOAssesses security posture of both Anduril built software, hardware and firmware as well as the third party components used in our productsProvides expertise to other Anduril teams on real-world attack vectors and works with appropriate team members to implement and test mitigationsPlans for, builds and maintains capabilities needed to execute red team projectsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience assessing the security posture of everything from web applications to hardware and embedded systemsExperience leading offensive security engagementsExperience with assessment of cloud based and containerized environments (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes)Experience assessing and improving the the security of mobile devices (Android and/or iOS)Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g. Rust, C/C++, Golang, Swift)Strong and professional communication skills (written and verbal)Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearancePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExcels at the above listed requirementsExperience building custom tooling to assist in offensive security activitiesExperience weaponizing vulnerabilities to provide unique capabilitiesFamiliarity with security architectures of robot platforms (consumer or otherwise), aerospace, and physical systemsExperience developing features for and improving security of mobile applications, networks, or embedded systemsFamiliarity with mobile device exploitation techniquesFamiliarity with anti-tamper and reverse engineering mechanismsRegularly builds, tests, and delivers production-ready systems, especially for embedded and/or mobileUS Salary Range$166,000 $220,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
