Senior Hospice Care Manager - RN Leadership

Gentiva is seeking a Senior Patient Care RN Manager to lead hospice patient care operations in Ohio. You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate IDG meetings, and ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and regulatory standards. You’ll manage referrals, eligibility, and insurance verification, oversee scheduling and visits, and act as a liaison between clinical teams and leadership, delivering compassionate, compliant care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
