Who we are: Dr. Glenn J. Bricken and Associates, PC, is a family owned and operated clinical Psychology practice in The Woodlands, Texas. We have been serving The Woodlands, Spring and surrounding areas for over 30 years.

Who we are looking for: The Insurance Verification Assistant will be primarily responsible for verifying insurance for patients daily by calling insurance companies or verifying online, adding data to our shared lists, and saving verifications inside our system. Other tasks may include organizing patient data and typing patient data into shared systems.

Responsibilities

Verifying Insurance daily by calling or verifying online

Adding data to our shared lists

Saving verifications inside our system

Organize patient data

Typing patient data into our shared system

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma/GED required

Previous experience verifying insurance in Medical office or in a similar position

Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines

Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Highly organized with excellent time management skill

Reliable and on time
