Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL - 3 days a week onsite. Must be local.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Procurement Coordinator to support the purchasing and management of technology products and services.

This position will oversee procurement activities involving IT hardware, software, SaaS subscriptions, cloud services, and technology-related professional services. The successful candidate will work closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure purchases are completed efficiently, within budget, and in accordance with company policies and contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on IT procurement experience, strong vendor management skills, and a solid understanding of technology purchasing and licensing arrangements..

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Professional Experience

• At least 2-3 years of procurement experience , including substantial involvement in purchasing IT products and services.
• Good understanding of technology procurement, including hardware lifecycles, SaaS licensing and subscription models, and consumption-based cloud pricing.
• Experience using ERP platforms or procurement management systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise purchasing agreements involving major technology providers such as Microsoft, Cisco, Dell Technologies, AWS, or Oracle.
• Exposure to IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) practices is an advantage.
