The Server is also responsible for: Efficiently managing assigned table section including the pace and experience of each Guest following our hospitality standards Making memorable first and last impressions Proper use of all Point of Sale equipment Using food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations Anticipating needs, processing Guests orders, and taking payment in a hospitable, timely manner.
