Job Title: RN (Registered Nurse), RN, Cardiac Cath Lab

City/State: Gilbert, Arizona

Shift: 12H Days 0600-1830 + call: 1-2 nights/week & weekend call rotation

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description:

The RN in the Cardiac Cath Lab will be responsible for providing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures. The Cath Lab comprises 2 rooms and handles an average of 8 cases per day, with one room dedicated mostly to electrophysiology and the other as a fully interventional lab.

Responsibilities:

• Sedate patients as required for procedures
• Participate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends
• Collaborate with a team that includes cath lab techs and cardiologists

Requirements:

• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience in electrophysiology is a plus but not required
• Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
• Pass a dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of receiving an offer with 2 maximum attempts
