- Provide resident care, including assisting with daily living activities, mobility issues, and vital signs monitoring
- Accurately document care provided, changes in residents' conditions, and other pertinent information in electronic health records
- Communicate effectively with the nursing staff and supervisor regarding any changes in residents' conditions or concerns
- Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents' quality of life
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred
- Current CNA certification in Kansas required
- Physical ability to lift and move residents, as well as perform physical tasks associated with patient care
