Corporate Controller (Hybrid)

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation with Public Accounting strongly preferred.Significant experience (10+ years) in accounting and financial management, with a strong background in consolidation accounting and financial reporting.Experience working in a private equity-backed environment, preferably with exposure to managing multiple subsidiaries.Deep understanding of consolidation accounting principles, including elimination of intercompany transactions and, acquisition accounting.Proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective internal controls and driving process improvements.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with executive management, investors, and external stakeholders.Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.Experience in NetSuite is strongly preferred.Proven ability to build relationships and navigate cross-functionally.Exceptional attention to detail with solid understanding of systems and technology.High level of proficiency with Excel.Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting.Strong history of financial management in the construction industry.Comfortable working in a changing and very dynamic start-up like environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
